At the request of many of our clients we now offer a comprehensive family medicine package.
The annual fee includes:
- review of medical records and digitization of relevant information
- priority access available to registered members
- telephone counseling
- prescription renewal by phone
- help with insurance forms
- assistance in making follow up appointments, appointments with specialists or annual flu vaccination
